Last night we had a blast at the local fairgrounds in my home town of Orangeville Ontario.

Yesterday I came home from work to find my 3 year old son had already figured out how to ride his 2 wheeler bike without training wheels. He did this completely on his own and with no assistance from mom or dad. He has loved all forms of bikes since he was old enough to express himself. This is clearly something built into him and an amazing thing to witness a talent unfolding in such a young person.

Here is  my Tuesday morning smoothie discussion about it:

Brad Gosse and I had another interesting “social rules” discussion and we decided to film the highlights of our conversation. In this video, Brad talks about various scenarios he has been involved in where he was able to leave a tip with a person to gain an advantage.

In talking with other people, we realized that this was a bit of a touchy subject and many people had a wide range of opinions about the whole thing. Check out our conversation and let me know if you have ever tipped someone to gain an advantage in a social setting.

Personally, I am definitely going to try at least one of Brad’s ideas.

This is a video that my friend Brad Gosse and I filmed after a few interesting discussions about social rules. In essence, Brad is a line jumper at grocery stores. He sees it as an opportunity while I saw it as rude or non-courteous. He has slightly swayed my opinion but I am still on the fence.

OK, so the title of my blog post was an attempt at humor and hopefully a way to pick up some long tail traffic. This is actually a topic that many people struggle with and I struggled with it myself for quite some time.
