WSO Of The Day – My Experience

Yesterday was pretty cool! Monday, Oct. 25 my business partner, Brad Gosse, and myself got the much sought-after “WSO Of The Day” mention from Mike Lantz, owner of Warrior Plus.

If you don’t know what a WSO is, it is a Warrior Special Offer which is basically a product launch on the popular marketing site “The Warrior Forum”. Warrior Plus is a system that is used by most of the Warrior marketplace to list and sell their special offers.

All said and done, getting WSO of the Day means a huge increase in exposure and sales.

Creating a WSO is a great way to get started making money in your own online business and I have had a lot of people stop by my blog and leave comments/questions about another post I made called “How to run a Warrior Special Offer”.

I thought I would break down this latest WSO for anyone looking to get some actionable take-aways that could help in your business.

1. The Offer

The first reason this WSO is doing so well is that we have put together a very unique and high value offer that served a huge audience of prospective buyers. Click here to see the offer.

Buyers get:

  • A pre-made blog with a premium theme
  • Free hosting of that blog
  • 365 pre-made blog posts that are queued up to publish for the next year on autopilot
  • High quality content much of which we have produced on our own (some content was purchased)
  • Built in affiliate promotions so your blog is instantly equipped to generate revenue

Price: $47

As one buyer commented

I buy this and I get free hosting and a optimized Word Press theme I can do anything I want to with. But included is the potential to make money from it. Not the promise but the potential. Worst case scenario is if I do not make a penny it is going to cost me less then what it would cost if I just bought a theme and hosting elsewhere and generated all my own content and I will have two products to promote that have good conversion rates on Click Bank.

Hmm! let me think about it awhile. Okay I thought about it I am in

I have found this one element to be the key to successful offers. Stack the value as high as possible and make your buyers realize that your offer is actually the smarter, easier business choice! This is the best way to do business in my opinion because everyone wins :)

2. The Sales Page

Again if you look a the Sales Page you will see something extremely unique. I have to give Brad Gosse all the credit here as he literally built that entire thing from scratch. He has serious talent when it comes to design.

We had just as many comments about the sales page as we did about the offer (if not more lol).

3. The Mass Appeal

While many of the products I produce are focused a niche group of buyers, this WSO appeals pretty much to any person who is interested in having a website where they can make some money.

Even people with dozens of websites saw the offer and the value they got for $47, so they purchased.

Mass Appeal + High Value Offer = Success

4. The Real Income Opportunity

If you look at the way this WSO was created, each buyer gets a 100% unique blog with built in affiliate links.

The affiliate links are for products that WE own!

So for every blog we sell with this WSO, we are adding a new affiliate who will have a unique blog promoting businesses that we own. In essence, we are building our own affiliate army.

Our buyers can change their affiliate links any time they want but it has been such a positive experience that virtually all of them are happy to become affiliates for our products.

5. The Team Environment

Working with partners is something I cannot stress enough! Pretty much all of my best successes in business have come as a result of a team effort. In this case, Brad and I partnered together but Brad’s staff is involved, my virtual assistants are involved and the work can be divided up and systematized. This makes your offer scalable and much easier to support and grow over time.

My best advice is to find some partners ASAP. The sum is always greater than the parts.

If you haven’t yet checked it out, take a look at my new program called the Digital Product Creator’s Alliance. Brad has joined the DPCA so along with myself and other members, you can create opportunities to build partnership much like the one I outlined in this blog post!

First of all congrats on wso of the day.

The offer works on so many levels. Least not because of all the trust and honesty that you and Brad have built up over time. People can relate to you both because you give time for the newbie just as much as the full time marketer.
The sales page: Watch that style springing up all over the place from now on, and that is the biggest compliment of all.
Then the product, a blog that has all the content and hosting for a year supplied. How much better can it get?
    Well done guys.

    Andy

It’s an awesome offer, which is why I bought it. I have had dealings with both Brad and Justin before, and trust them immensely.

Love the graphics, and the offer – no brainer.

This was such a unique offer, and such high value that I couldn’t pass it by.

    Hi Justin,

    Thanks for the insight!

As you know, I’m getting more involved with WSOs myself so learning from your experience on what it takes to “hit a home run” with a product on the forum is invaluable!
